More detailed information about the avalanche:

Skier was turning down an small mildly exposed south eastern facing slope near treeline facing Steven's Peak on West Willow Peak.  On third turn the layer below the rain crust about 15-30cm down failed resulting in a slab avalanche that was small in size (crown width was probably about 3-5m and crown height was about 15-30cm.  No skiers in the group were caught in the avalanche.  We thought that the GoPro was running during the run, but it ended up dying due to the cold prior to dropping in and so we were unable to get video/photos of the run, but google earth image of the approx location is attached.
