While skinning up north aspect, frequent whomping and settling was occurring. Changed route to low angle aspect in trees. At 6000' in a small opening in the trees, a small slide set off and partially buried one of group. This slide also set off other larger slides across the hill at same elevation. 2 ft crown on slide, down to weak layer from high elevation rainfall a few weeks ago.
