Wow!  All the red flags at 4000 feet at 49 degrees north ski area this morning.  About 24 inches of dense snow in the last 48 hours.  Very active settling and very noisy collapses as I toured below "Silver Jack".  I've never witnessed this kind of activity at this low of an elevation.  Pretty cool!  Good skiing too!
