Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

Last weeks snow is consolidating a little but still pretty loose and great powder skiing.  2-3 inches of really light fresh snow on top from the last couple days.

Dug a quick pit at 5800’, WNW, 33 degree slope.

Total depth to ground is 53”.

CT15 at 16” down

CT23 at 28” down (this is the thick rain crust with a good size pocket of hoar on top).

 ECTN at 16” and 28”.

Skied mellower slopes and saw no activity.
