Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

Moderate to Strong WSW winds stripping exposed terrain features on the windward edge. Obvious pillow formation leeward at ridgecrest. Test pillows at ridgecrest had cracking and failure isolated to ski length. On some steeper aprons below loaded features the storm slab was entrained by larger blocks.

40cm to 60cm new throughout the area fairly reliably, a few hand pits had moderate to strong results with all failures occuring ~10cm above the ground on moist, decomposing grains.

Other than isolated pillows no cracking or collapsing was observed.
