Agreement to Participate & Liability Release
I am a willing participant (or guardian of the participant named above) in this IPAC Avalanche Course. To the best of my knowledge, I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this course.
I affirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I indemnify, release, and hold the Idaho Panhandle Avalanche Center, IPAC Instructors, and the host venue (Schweitzer or Silver Mt.) harmless from and against all liability arising from my participation in this course.
By agreeing below I give permission for a physician to administer any emergency procedures or treatment, at my expense should I become injured or ill. All information will remain confidential.
Age and Refund Policies
Students must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by parent/guardian except the Youth Backcountry 101 course.
If you are unable to attend a course that you have registered and paid for, and you notify us that you are unable to attend at least 1 week before the date of the course, you will receive a 100% refund minus any transaction or processing fees. If you notify us less than 1 week before the course, you will receive a 50% refund.
